To confirm your reservation, a minimum 30% deposit is required for all bookings. Which means it could be over 30% if the amount makes it easier to pay the reminder in cash upon arrival. This amount is applied toward your total and ensures that our time is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposits are non-negotiable and non-refundable unless I must cancel.
Accepted payment methods include E-transfer, Paysend (U.S to CAN), Throne, Amazon, or Uber gift cards.
For a cash option, Amazon and Uber gift cards can be purchased in-store— simply send a clear photo of the code.
U.S. clients visiting Canada are welcome to pay in USD at a 1:1 rate with CAD ($1 USD = $1 CAD).

I understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied toward a rescheduled date once.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of our appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book a new meeting. This policy also applies to same-day bookings.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited in full. If there is no communication to advise me of the absence, I will understand this as a lack of reliability and may choose not to accept future booking requests.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or, if you prefer, applied toward a future date.

When you arrive, please send me a quick text to let me know you’ve parked. I’ll confirm when everything is ready and message you when it’s time to make your way to the door. Please keep a quiet, discreet tone upon arrival — avoid knocking or waiting by the door. This helps maintain discretion.

If you arrive early, please wait discreetly until our scheduled time.
If you’re running late, just send me a quick message.
Late arrivals may shorten our time together if I have another commitment afterward.

Dates of three hours or longer include a light meal and unhurried social time

A shower will be available for you upon arrival. You’re also welcome to refresh again afterward so you can step back into your day feeling clean and at ease.

If we’re enjoying each other’s company and my schedule allows, I’ll be happy to extend our time together. Any additional time is billed at my extending time rate. The rates listed on consideration are discounted for pre-bookings only and do not apply to extensions and do not include extras. For every additional half-hour, the extension fee is C$200. A full extra hour is C$400.

Please be mindful of the time we’ve agreed upon. I always appreciate when our moments together begin and end smoothly — it keeps the experience pleasant and unhurried. If I have the flexibility and we’re truly enjoying our time, I’m often happy to offer up to 20 minutes extra as a courtesy, but only when my schedule allows.

If you follow or subscribe to my OnlyFans or other social media platforms, please refrain from discussing in-person meetings there. These platforms do not allow such communication, and I prefer to keep all bookings arranged through my website, text, or email.
