• For a cash option, Amazon and Uber gift cards can be purchased in-store— simply send a clear photo of the code.

• U.S. suitors visiting Canada are welcome to pay in USD at a 1:1 rate with CAD ($1 USD = $1 CAD).

• Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received. Please send it as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.

• For bookings with 2-hour notice, the deposit must be sent promptly to allow adequate time for preparation.

• Please ensure the date and time are accurate. I’ll follow up with a final confirmation so we can review all the details once more to avoid any confusion.

• Parking downtown can sometimes be unpredictable, so I’ve prepared additional arrival instructions to help make things easier. Please let me know if you’ll be driving and require them.

I understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied toward a rescheduled date once.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of our appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book a new meeting. This policy also applies to same-day bookings.

• In the event of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited in full. If there is no communication to advise me of the absence, I will understand this as a lack of reliability and may choose not to accept future booking requests.

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or, if you prefer, applied toward a future date.

• Arrival instructions will be sent following deposit.

• Access is via the street entrance or through the building, depending on your arrival and parking preference.

• When you arrive, please send me a quick text to let me know you’ve parked. I’ll confirm when everything is ready and invite you to the buzzer.

• I’ll usually be nearby to welcome you promptly at the unit door, so there’s no need to wait or knock. If needed, a light knock is perfectly fine. Otherwise, feel free to send a quick message once you’re at the door.

• Please keep a quiet, discreet tone in the hallway—discretion is very important to me, and I appreciate it in return.

• If you arrive early, please wait until our scheduled time.

• If you’re running late, just send me a quick message.

• Late arrivals may shorten our time together if I have another commitment afterward.

• Sessions are guided by mutual comfort, chemistry, and attentiveness to good hygiene. I don’t work with menus, checklists, or ‘extras,’ and I don’t negotiate specific acts.

 I offer a slow, sensual, and romantic girlfriend-style experience shaped by our connection. We can always check in with each other as we go to ensure we’re both comfortable and fully enjoying our time together.

• Outfit requests are welcome with advance notice, as they require time for thoughtful preparation. A $60 styling fee applies, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This fee may be waived if you’re bringing a new outfit for me to wear.

•  Upon arrival, a brief moment in the washroom is required. It’s a perfect opportunity to settle in, leave your belongings, and slip into a fresh robe.

• The bathroom is equipped with clean towels, mouthwash, and refreshing essentials for your comfort.

• Hot towels are also provided, and you’re welcome to shower again afterward so you can step back into your day feeling clean and at ease.

• Hygiene is very important to me. I ask that you arrive clean and well-groomed, and I’m always happy to freshen up again if requested.

• If proper hygiene is not maintained, I reserve the right to end the session.

If we’re enjoying each other’s company and my schedule allows, I’ll be happy to extend our time together. Any additional time is billed at my extending time rate. The rates listed on consideration are discounted for pre-bookings only and do not apply to extensions. For every additional half-hour, the extension fee is C$250. A full extra hour is C$450.

Please be mindful of the time we’ve agreed upon. I always appreciate when our moments together begin and end smoothly — it keeps the experience pleasant and unhurried. If I have the flexibility and we’re truly enjoying our time, I’m often happy to offer up to 20 minutes extra as a courtesy, but only when my schedule allows. 

If you follow or subscribe to my OnlyFans or other social media platforms, please refrain from discussing in-person meetings there. These platforms do not allow such communication, and I prefer to keep all bookings arranged through my website, text, or email.

When can I see you?

My schedule is planned in advance to allow for a relaxed and well-prepared experience. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting your preferred date and time. It’s especially helpful when you provide a few preferred time options, as availability may shift as my schedule fills. If no specific timeframe is provided, I will assume you are simply requesting for my earliest availability.

Same-day bookings may still be possible, though I ask for a minimum of 2 hours’ notice from the time the deposit is received. Please understand that it still takes time to review your message, coordinate details, and finalize arrangements.

Please take a moment to review my etiquette , where all booking details are clearly outlined. I don’t take phone calls, I communicate exclusively via text or email.

If my schedule allows, I’m happy to accommodate same-day requests with a minimum of two hours’ notice from the time the deposit is received. Coordinating on short notice still takes time, and I genuinely enjoy preparing and ensuring every detail is in place for a relaxed and enjoyable experience for us both. After all, the more time, the merrier.

I am based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and I am open to DMTY and FMTY, excluding travel to the United States.

When you visit me, you’ll be welcomed into a well-appointed incall space in downtown Calgary — or an equally well-located setting when I’m touring. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let me know in advance.

The exact location will be shared in your confirmation email or text once the deposit has been received. Parking downtown can sometimes be unpredictable, so I’ve prepared additional underground parking instructions.  Please let me know if you’ll be driving and would like me to send them as well.

I am available for outcalls within Calgary city limits for an additional C$100. I also offer destination travel (DMTY) throughout Alberta to cities including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Canmore, Banff, Red Deer, Lake Louise, Brooks, Lethbridge, and Edmonton. Please note that all DMTY engagements require a minimum booking time and include travel fees, which vary by destination.

All my tour dates will be announced here on my website and across my social platforms. Please note that I do not tour in the United States.

If you’d like me to visit your city, you can express your interest by filling out the form in the tour section. This helps me plan upcoming trips and notify you by email when I’m visiting your area.

I typically work between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. when I’m in Calgary, and 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. while touring.
However, I’m open to appointments outside these hours with advance notice.
Please note that bookings beyond my regular hours require at least 24 hours notice.

What is your comfort level with substance use?

I am a social drinker. I don’t personally smoke or use other substances, but I hold no judgment about anyone’s personal choices. I do ask that you are sober for our first time together so we can get a better sense of each other. Later on, if you wish, I’m happy to share a glass of wine or a light drink. I would suggest keeping alcohol consumption to a minimum unless we are getting along well and you’ve explicitly expressed that you’re comfortable with more.
